How to Receive Assignments

All games are assigned to umpires using the the on-line officials management program The Arbiter.  If you have attended one of the new umpire training clinics, become a US Lacrosse member and paid your NCWLUA dues, you will have been assigned a login on The Arbiter.  Find out more about The Arbiter and getting assignements below.

The Arbiter

Click on the following link http://arbitersports.com to go to the assigning system.  You should be able to click on the gray "Sign In" button to access your account.

PASSWORD:  Your initial password is your last name.  After you log in for the first time, please change your password.  If you change your password, and forget it, email michael@ecomatrix.com to obtain it.

Having Trouble Logging Into Arbiter

If you are having difficulty logging into The Arbiter and recevie one of the messages below, follow the indicated steps to resolve the issue.


Error:  Invalid email address
Solution:  The email address you are using to sign-in is different from the email address you gave us when we opened your account.

Error: Invalid password
Solution:  The password you entered does not match the password required.  You should get a link to click on if you have forgotten your password.  Clicking this link will give you the opportunity to have the password emailed to you.  Passwords are case-sensitive, so be attentive to the upper/lower case letters.

Error:  You don’t have permission to sign-in at this time
Solution:  The user is entering a valid email address and password, but the assignor has not given the user permission to sign-in.  If you get this, email michael@ecomatrix.com (the Assignor).

Error:  Your session has timed out
Solution:  Your browser settings aren’t allowing you to sign-in because you can’t accept cookies.  You can correct this by changing your settings in Internet Explorer.  This is done by clicking on the TOOLS pull-down and then on INTERNET OPTIONS.  Click on the SECURITY tab and then on the TRUSTED SITES icon.  Click the SITES button below and then type https://www.thearbiter.net into the blank and click ADD.


If after following these steps your are still unable to sign-in, please contact Arbiter technical support at support@arbitersports.com.
